Kent Periscopes selected to supply equipment to DRB-HICOM Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd (DEFTECH) – a major prime defence contractor that provides armoured and logistic vehicles for military and homeland security. Deftech are manufacturing the Gempita ( AV8) vehicle. The Gempita has been specifically designed for the Malaysia Army and provides a world leading capability. Kent Periscopes equipment is used on all of the vehicle variants and provides the periscopes for the crew and drivers, as well as an Auxiliary Gunner Sight.
